Role Description This is a full-time, door Service Technician role to help cover the Philadelphia, PA region. The Service Technician will maintain and repair automatic door systems and related accessories across various customer locations. Daily responsibilities include performing diagnostics and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing scheduled and emergency field service calls, and ensuring all work meets safety, accessibility, and manufacturer standards. The role involves interacting with customers to explain work performed, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive service experience. The Service Technician will document service activities, maintain tools and equipment, and collaborate with team members and dispatchers to meet service commitments.
