Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Orlando is seeking a Hydraulic Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems and components both in the branch and at customer locations. You will perform field repairs, prepare repair estimates, maintain a clean service vehicle and work area, and present a professional image to customers while identifying new business opportunities on-site.

A HS diploma or GED is required; five years of hydraulic experience and Fluid Power

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Five years hydraulic experience preferred.
• Fluid Power Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
• Diagnose problems, prepare estimates for repairs.
• Repair and install new systems in the field.
• Keep work area/truck clean and organized.
• Maintain proper inventory on service vehicle.
• Maintain a professional image and relationship with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities while on customer premises.
