Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide repair estimates.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
