Job summary

Greenway Equipment in Marion, AR is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain John Deere equipment and outdoor power products. You will work independently in the field and shop, focusing on customer experience and safety.

You will document diagnostics and repairs, participate in training, mentor apprentices, and stay current on product knowledge. Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills and familiarity with Service Advisor are required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and following manuals.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and use computer-based diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Repairs in the field as required.

• Maintain product knowledge and safety compliance.
• Mentor Service Technician Apprentices and junior Technicians.
