Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control is seeking a Service Technician to own a defined route on the southern side of Mankato and Eagle Lake, manage relationships with customers, and provide pest control services. The role offers flexible hours, a strong training program, and the potential to grow through uncapped incentives.

You will inspect properties, treat for pests, and build your client base while receiving comprehensive training and licensing support in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• Bonus points: experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This route services the southern side of Mankato and Eagle Lake.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

Physical requirements

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
