Job summary

Plunkett's is hiring a Service Technician to manage your own pest-control route in the Eagan, MN area. You’ll provide services to homes and businesses, inspect properties, and build lasting client relationships while working independently with strong support from a local team.

This role offers flexible hours, training and licensing support, and uncapped incentives based on route growth. You’ll earn $20–$22 per hour as training pay, with opportunities to advance as you expand your route.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoors.
• Experience in customer service or route-based roles is a plus.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

Physical requirements

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
