Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control is seeking a Service Technician to manage your own route and deliver pest control services to homes and businesses in Albert Lea, Austin, and surrounding areas. You set your schedule and work independently with strong support and training to help you succeed.

You’ll earn training pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus uncapped sales incentives. Expect a defined territory, ongoing licensing support, and growth opportunities in a family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and selling services.

What You Bring

Bonus points:

Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

Physical requirements

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
