Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to manage a defined route in Eagan and surrounding areas, delivering pest control services to homes and businesses while building lasting customer relationships.

You set your schedule with flexible hours, receive extensive training and licensing, and earn uncapped sales incentives in addition to competitive training pay. Equipment, a tablet, vehicle, and gas card are provided to service your route.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Willing to learn; training and licensing provided.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• Experience in route sales or customer service is a bonus.

As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships.This Route services Eagan and the surrounding areas.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

Physical requirements

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
