As anAgricultural Service Technician, you'll work with cutting-edge machinery, ensuring our customers get the best possible performance from their equipment. You'll split your time between our workshops and working on-site with customers, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery, from tractors to combines and precision ag technology.

What you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment
• Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology throughongoing manufacturer training
• Ensuring all work meetshigh-quality standardsboth in the workshop and in the field
• Supporting and mentoringapprentices and trainees
• Preparing new and used equipment for customers

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge ofmechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• The ability towork independentlyand as part of a team
• Self-motivation, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset
• Previous experience with afranchised dealer(preferred but not essential—full training provided!)
• Confidence in usingdiagnostic tools and following technical procedures
• Experience working on root crop machinery, drills, fertiliser spreaders & sprayers would be preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility to workextended hours during peak seasons
• Afull UK driving licence
