Job summary

OneWall Communities in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure timely service and repairs in our communities. Responsibilities include maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, completing service requests, and assisting with furniture and supplies. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, with HVAC certification and a year of general maintenance experience preferred.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing
  • Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the completion of service requests in 24 hours or per community policy.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
  • Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
  • Assist with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies; exercising safety if needed to assist with moving heavy items, such as furniture/appliances, and unloading/storing supplies.
Here Is What You’ll Have
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 year of general maintenance with experience in construction, plumbing, electrical preferred.
  • HVAC certification required.
  • Excellent customer relations experience.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or on-call when necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions (required).
