Job Description:

As an Automotive Technician at Miracle Automotive Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued performance and safety of our customers' vehicles. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and the latest technology to provide a wide range of repair and maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid changes, and filter replacements.
3. Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify complex issues and provide accurate repair recommendations to customers.
4. Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
5. Keep up to date with industry advancements and continuously improve your technical skills through training and development opportunities.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of formal automotive training program preferred.
2. Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and diagnostic procedures. (Preferred but not required)
3. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus.
4. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
