Position Summary The Service Technician is responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of specific Cadwell products, with direction and support from the Service Department Lead. Repairs are performed on Class I and II electronic medical devices, requiring careful handling, precise workmanship, and adherence to quality standards. Meeting established productivity and quality standards is an essential requirement of this position, including repair volume targets and warranty repair rate thresholds. The role also contacts customers as needed to gather information required to complete repairs accurately.
Positions working with Cadwell equipment generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested. Extensive use of a computer will be required. Domestic and international travel may be required; must be able to obtain necessary travel documents. Work hours outside normal business hours may be required at times to meet business needs.
Salary Range $22 — $38 USD
