Job summary

Neocoil is seeking a service technician to diagnose, repair, and document medical device returns. The role involves testing devices with analyzers, power supplies, and multimeters, and performing precision hand soldering of SMD and through-hole components.

You will annotate service work and perform related duties per competency standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in electronics repair, an AAS or related field, and strong PC skills including ERP/eQMS/CAD.

Qualifications

• AAS or related field of study, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1-3 years of electronics repair and/or manufacturing experience is required. Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficient in understanding and interpretation of written and verbal instructions, directions, and technical information.
• Intermediate computer competency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and business specific software (e.g. ERP, eQMS, CAD).
