A&L RV Sales is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) for our growing team.

We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. An ideal candidate is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems. A successful RV Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Experience in one or more of these fields is highly desirable: Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, RV Service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide and document diagnostic tests, repairs, or replacements for customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep the supervisor informed of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for customers and coworkers

Requirements:

• Trade certification from college or technical school (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but applicable work experience is also considered
• Minimum of 1-year service technician or related experience preferred
• RVIA certification is a plus but not required
• Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to electrical and welding work
• Possible environmental exposure including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wet conditions
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods
• Must provide own hand/shop tools
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Valid driver's license
