You’ll train customers, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver optimal service. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 80%+ are required.

Our Robotics Service Technicians partner with our US customers to assist with all technical and servicing situations to ensure top client satisfaction. These field professionals travel regularly (80%+) within the United States.
Qualified candidates local to the Chicago and Houston will be considered first
Our Robotics Service Technicians travel (by driving and flying) to customer sites across the United States regularly along with leading virtual client meetings along with communicating through emails and phone calls are all continual responsibilities of this role. These professionals liaise between our internal teams and our clients to develop the best solution for all parties while documenting pertinent details for customer record keeping along with completing necessary forms to support the decided-upon resolutions.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to our US Service Manager.
