LionsBot USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager that is responsible for developing and growing LionsBot USA business within an assigned territory through a combination of direct sales, distributor development, end-user engagement, and strategic account management.

This role is highly focused on business development, prospecting, equipment demonstrations, distributor support, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will aggressively pursue new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

The Regional Sales Manager serves as the primary market representative for LionsBot within the assigned territory and is responsible for achieving annual sales targets, expanding market share, and supporting the successful deployment of LionsBot solutions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve annual sales and profitability objectives.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, customer visits, and industry relationships.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurately forecast future business.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with contract cleaners, facility service providers, healthcare systems, airports, universities, industrial facilities, commercial real estate organizations, retail customers, hospitality groups, and other priority verticals.
  • Drive both direct sales and channel-driven sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and support distributor partners within the assigned territory in coordination with sales leadership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and key partners.
  • Assist distributors with prospecting, demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and closing opportunities.
  • Develop joint business plans to increase market penetration, pipeline activity, and revenue growth.
  • Support distributor accountability for lead follow-up, product knowledge, CRM updates, customer communication, and territory development.
  • Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations, customer evaluations, and application reviews.
  • Understand customer operational challenges and recommend tailored autonomous cleaning solutions.
  • Develop and present proposals, quotations, ROI analyses, and business cases.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing within approved guidelines while maintaining profitability objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers, influencers, operations leaders, facility managers, and procurement teams.
Territory Management
  • Manage all sales activities using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, quotes, demonstrations, and market intelligence.
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide market feedback to sales leadership.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer events, industry associations, distributor events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage territory activity with strong discipline, organization, follow-up, and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Service, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Marketing to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with Service before making commitments related to installation, training, warranty, technical support, or customer deployment.
  • Assist with customer escalations when necessary and ensure issues are communicated to the proper internal team.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and leadership regarding customer needs, competitive trends, product performance, and potential enhancements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of business development and closing complex B2B sales.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, territory-based sales environment.
  • Professional experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 60%)
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
  • Holds a valid Driver’s License
  • Has an insured reliable vehicle (to travel to local customer sites)
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Successfully fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks for criminal and motor vehicle records
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience selling capital equipment, robotics, automation, industrial equipment, cleaning equipment, facility solutions, or related technologies.
  • Experience selling into facility services, healthcare, education, airports, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, or commercial real estate sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and ROI-based solution selling.
  • Experience working through distributor or dealer networks.
  • Experience with distributor development, dealer support, or territory launch activity.
