Rose Valley Management is seeking a Service Technician for our Houston, TX community to provide friendly, hospitality-driven maintenance across common areas and resident units.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, on-call responsiveness, and teamwork to keep our property in top condition. The salary ranges from $25 to $29 per hour, with commissions and benefits often available.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for common area and apartment repairs (routine and preventative) in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, wall repairs, painting, plumbing and appliances.
• Oversee building curb appeal through exterior inspections, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Daily cleaning tasks.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Apply preventative measures to reduce future problems.
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Attend team meetings, workshops and training sessions.
• On-call rotation for emergency work orders.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Rose Valley Management Service Technician is an essential team member who is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing preventative and routine maintenance throughout the property grounds and in resident units. In this role you’ll help deliver high-quality, hospitality-driven living experiences to our community located in Houston, Texas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for common area and apartment repairs (routine and preventative) in the scope of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, wall repairs, painting, plumbing and appliances.
• Further oversight of the building’s curb appeal though building exterior inspections, cleaning, and grounds maintenance is required.
• Customer service and attention to detail are critical skills to ensure the satisfaction of the community’s residents.
• Responsible for daily cleaning
• Special projects as assigned
• Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Able to attend team meetings, workshops and training sessions as required.
• Will be required to be in an on-call rotation with other employees for emergency work orders.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Able to stand and walk inside and outside in all weather
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to endure walking, squatting, bending, balancing, climbing (ladders), kneeling, crawling and prolonged standing

Additionally, prior experience working in maintenance at an apartment community is a must and strong written, verbal and computer skills are preferred.

Salary Range: $25 - $29/hr
