Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Service Technician in Waco, TX. You will diagnose and repair equipment, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a diesel technician or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S. and ability to work without sponsorship.
• Willingness to participate in training and development.

What You Will Do:

• Fix machinery skillfully: Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly.

• Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
• Prioritize safety at all times: Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
