Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking qualified Service Technicians in Texas (Buda) to diagnose and repair equipment and deliver exceptional service to customers using the latest tools and technology.

The role features an up-to-$5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time and hourly wages ranging from $27 to $44+ depending on experience. • Fix machinery skillfully: Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly.

What You Will Need

• Experience in diesel mechanics preferred: Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics.
• Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics.
