• Completion of factory authorized training or equivalent automotive experience is required.

Job Description:

Hicklin Powersport is looking for two top level technicians for openings in our Grimes and Ames, Iowa Dealerships. Hicklin is a multi-line, full-service dealer for Can-Am (Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Ryker), Polaris, Yamaha, KTM - On & Off-road Motorcycles, ATV’s, Side by Sides, Snowmobile, Watercraft and more.

Both dealerships are high volume, fast paced environments with plenty of work. We are looking for individuals who desire to be one of our top technicians. We provide paid factory training and all the special tooling needed for you to be successful.

We're Looking for Technicians That:

• Have completed factory authorized training program such as MMI, PSI, technical college or equivalent automotive experience.
• Are certified in all or some of the following: Yamaha, Polaris, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, KTM Powersports equipment.
• Own the appropriate basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service these brands.
• Is self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Understands the meaning of Platinum level of customer service.
• Has a true passion for the Powersports industry.
• Enjoy a fun work environment.
• Believe the customer always comes first.
