Job summary

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced installers, carpenters, remodelers, and other skilled trades to deliver high-quality window and door installations in Nevada. This full-time position offers year-round work, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

You will install industry-leading products, perform site prep and finish work, and collaborate with the Lead Installer on diverse residential projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on construction roles (laborer, carpenter, remodeler, installer).
• Window/door installation experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
• Experience with metal brake and power tools is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Demolish and complete installation projects safely and efficiently.
• Walkthroughs with customers before and after projects to explain the installation process.
• Prepare windows, doors, and openings, including taping, caulking, and cleaning.
• Complete exterior and interior finish work on all products.
• Work closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the project.
• Follow installation and safety standards to deliver a high-quality finished product.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of residential environments and weather conditions.

As an Installer with Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you'll install industry-leading windows and doors that improve the appearance, functionality, and energy efficiency of customers' homes.
