The Kendall Group is seeking a Service Technician to perform field service, troubleshooting, and documentation for Merlo Energy equipment in assigned territories. The role supports sales activities during downtime and promotes scheduled services.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will operate in an industrial setting with travel required. Ideal candidates have an entry-level background, a high school diploma or GED, and strong MS Office skills, with willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up

Role Summary: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Service Technician will be primarily responsible for field service, troubleshooting and documentation in the Merlo Energy assigned territories. These services would include, start-up, commission and testing of steam, air, and hot water equipment. Also, provide sales support functions during non-active field service work and promote schedule services.
