Career Path

1. Trainee Lube Technician
   • Mission: Develop technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician status.
   • Timeline: 90 days, with potential to graduate earlier.
   • Compensation: $15/hour, totaling approximately $515/week for 40 hours, or $825/week for 50 hours.
2. Flat Rate Lube Technician
   • Mission: Achieve 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop maintenance skills.
   • Timeline: Indefinite.
   • Compensation: $16/hour, with weekly earnings increasing with hours worked.
   • Requirements for Apprentice Technician: State certification, complete manufacturer training, produce quality work, and work efficiently.
3. Apprentice Technician
   • Mission: Gain hands-on experience and complete certifications.
   • Timeline: 2 years.
   • Compensation: $42,500 annual salary.
   • Requirements for Line Technician: 4 ASE certifications, quality work, efficiency.
