You will diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure Hyundai standards. Requires 4+ years as an automotive technician and 3+ years dealership experience, with Hyundai/Genesis/Kia familiarity and a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years experience working as an automotive technician.
• 3+ years Automotive Dealership experience.
• Previous experience with Hyundai, Genesis or Kia brands.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.
• Prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
