Job Description

• Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on commercial food equipment such as fryers, ranges, griddles, warmers, smokers, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.

• Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, and other service equipment.

• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly and exert up to 150 pounds of force to pull, push, or lift.

• Ability to climb ladders and work from heights, as well as stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, and grasp to perform essential job functions.

• Ability to tolerate environmental conditions including extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation.

• Must be able to operate a commercial vehicle safely and adhere to all safety protocols.

• Ability to provide high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Willingness to work on-call nights and weekends when required.
