Job summary

Campbell Auto Group in Edmonds, WA seeks an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has ASE certification, 4+ years in service, and strong diagnostic skills to diagnose and repair a range of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities include performing work on repair orders, test-driving vehicles, and communicating with Service Advisors about needed services and estimates. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities within a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification required.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and ASE certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

Earning potential of up to $40.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
