Job summary

Campbell Auto Group in Edmonds, WA seeks an experienced Service Technician with ASE certification to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will perform work on repair orders and diagnose required repairs with a strong service-tech background.

Earn up to $40.00 per hour DOE and enjoy a competitive benefits package, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C and more.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and ASE certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
