Job summary

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician who will own a defined route in the Eagan area, set your own schedule, and deliver pest control services to homes and businesses. You will build strong customer relationships, solve problems, and contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Expect robust training and licensing support, plus uncapped sales incentives that reward route growth. This is a field-based role with independence and strong team backing to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working independently and in the field.
• Willing to learn and obtain required pest control licenses.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

Physical requirements

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
