Job summary

ADT is hiring in Duluth, GA for field service roles focused on protecting homes with fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control solutions. You will follow established procedures for wired and wireless installations and verify signals with central monitoring to ensure reliable service.

You should bring a high school degree, a valid drivers license, and experience in service roles. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control systems.
• Follow and complete required processes for wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Be a customer service champion, helping customers fix issues and understand protection in their home.

What You'll Do

• Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• A customer service champion, demonstrating the willingness to help our customers fix as well as understand the protection in their home.
