Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests
• Plan work with shop foreman
• Provide labor estimates
• Monitor repair times and update service advisor
• Adhere to dealership policies on vehicle care
• Complete documentation for repairs
• Mentor technician trainees
• Attend training sessions
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; dealership experience preferred. ASE Certified (not Ford-specific). Valid driver’s license and State Inspection License.
