Role Description

This is a full-time Service Technician role based in Columbia, MD. The Service Technician will perform on-site maintenance and repair of HVAC and mechanical systems, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, troubleshooting mechanical and controls problems, and completing field service calls across the Washington and Baltimore areas. The role involves clear communication with customers to explain findings, recommend solutions, and ensure a high level of service satisfaction. The Service Technician will also maintain accurate service records, follow safety and compliance standards, and collaborate with office and field teams to support project and emergency service needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues efficiently.
