Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Service Technician in Bourbonnais, IL to diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles. The role requires ASE certification and strong communication with customers and teammates.

You will work with diagnostic tools, perform repairs per repair orders, take test drives, and provide accurate time estimates. Toyota/Lexus experience is a plus but not required; a valid driver's license is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of auto technician experience.
• Toyota/Lexus experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast, eager learner and team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
