Job summary

Toyota South Atlanta in Morrow, GA is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. You will work with customers and team to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities include test driving, diagnosing vehicle systems, providing time and parts estimates, performing warranty repairs, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. ASE certification is preferred but not required; must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician or similar role is required.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with collaborative abilities.
• Willingness to learn new repair procedures and tech specs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair orders efficiently following dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assess systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor to keep customers informed.
• Provide time and parts estimates for additional repairs.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety policies.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be kept informed.
• Provide estimates of time and parts, as needed, for additional repairs.
• Perform repairs under warranty according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
