Job summary

OWL Services is the premier provider of sales, installation, program management, and service to retail, commercial, fleet, aviation, marine, and emergency power generation clients across the U.S.

We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians with experience on fuel dispensers and/or Point of Sale equipment. Training will be provided; responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and customer support across various properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years’ experience or schooling in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Trades preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform petroleum equipment service and installation calls professionally and on schedule.
• Complete job paperwork for each service call at the time of service.
• Complete training courses timely to maintain certifications and equipment knowledge.
• Serve as a resource for customers; provide product support to maintain relationships.
• Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Communicate effectively in person or by phone.
• Be a team player and support colleagues.

Who We Are

We are looking for experienced Field Service Technicians who have experience working with Fuel Dispensers and/or Point of Sale equipment. Don't have the experience but interested in working with us, don't worry we will train!!Ideal technician must be able to complete tasks including hanging hardware (repair and/or replacement) and mechanical/electrical issues with both fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment. Must be willing to learn about other systems within the properties to assist in general maintenance needs.

• Perform petroleum equipment service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner.
• Complete job paperwork for each service call, at the time of service.
• Complete training courses in a timely manner to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
• Act as a resource for customers; aid and product support to maintain long term relationships.
• Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
• Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone.
• Be a team player.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attention to Detail
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience or schooling in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Trades
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in all varied weather conditions
• Experience with Point-of-Sale installation and repair a plus
• Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco Dispensers is a plus
• Experience working with Verifone a plus
• Experience in computer networking a plus
• Clean driving record and the ability to work safely
• Capable of lifting and caring equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
