The Service Technical Content Liaison will digest engineering content to support internal and external Service Technical Authors in publishing service content for dealer technicians, dealer service training, and customers. Service content is included in service manuals, operator manuals, quick reference guides, service bulletins, and technical training curricula. Content is created with IXIASOFT CMS, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PTC Creo, and Illustrate, and published on the web, to print, and on truck displays. The goal is to maximize content re-use and consistency across all PACCAR content while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Degree in Automotive or Diesel Technology, Engineering, Business, or Technical Communications is required.
