A Service Team Member enthusiastically greets customers and takes their orders both over the phone and from those who walk in. Their main duties include taking customer orders and payments, assisting with assembling orders and ensuring order accuracy.

Service Team Member Duties and Responsibilities

A Service Team Member's important responsibilities include:

• Using good tact, good manners and mature judgement in dealing with guests in all situations
• Getting familiar with and operate all equipment required to perform job duties
• Having a working knowledge and service of menu items
• Serving customers kindly and promptly
• Taking new walk-in and phone orders as well as payments
• Assisting in food preparation - chips, tortillas, salads, beverages, desserts
• Ensuring order accuracy before the order leaves the store
• Lifting items up to 50lbs on occasion
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in FOH and restroom
• Developing and maintaining high ticket average (up-selling)
• Satisfying guest complaints promptly and politely
• Performing any other duties as assigned by management
