Job summary

El Pollo Loco is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver best-in-class customer service from start to finish. You will help prepare food, maintain cleanliness, greet customers, and process orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available with competitive hourly pay, employee discounts on food, and growth opportunities within the company. Prior customer service or food service experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
