Job summary

El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Service Team Member to greet guests, assemble orders, and help prep fire-grilled favorites. You will be the spark behind the scenes, ensuring quick, friendly service and accurate transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Must obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire.

• Process orders efficiently and handle payment/cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold company standards in the restaurant.
