Join to apply for the Service Team Member role at Michaels Stores.

Store Location: ATL-ROSWELL, GA

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support various operational tasks to uphold our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Helping customers locate products and providing solutions.
  2. Executing cash handling and providing efficient checkout experiences.
  3. Promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
  4. Educating customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  5. Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
  6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
  7. Ensuring merchandise recovery, store maintenance, and stock management.
  8. Supporting store in-stock optimization and advertising duties.
  9. Adhering to safety and shrink programs, SOPs, and company policies.
  10. Interacting respectfully with team members and customers, maintaining a positive store environment.
  11. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and work in various environments, including outdoor and climate-controlled areas.
