Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking service team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences across nine concepts. The role involves continuous movement, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following procedures to maintain safety and quality.

You will engage guests, handle requests professionally, and contribute to a positive team environment on the dining floor. Eligibility for medical, vision, dental, and life insurance within 90 days, plus PTO after 1 year of service, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be able to move, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings preferred.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle guest requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience on the service line and interaction with guests.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness for guests and team.
• Address guest requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Work on the line with food and beverage preparation while engaging with guests.
