Lithia & Driveway seeks a Service Team Lead in Thousand Oaks to mentor technicians, guide advanced diagnostics, and ensure efficient shop operations. You will lead repairs following Subaru specifications and collaborate with advisors to deliver quality service.

Requirements include 3+ years as a Class A/Master technician, Subaru dealership experience, ASE/Subaru certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a High School diploma. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Class A / Master Technician-level experience.
• Subaru dealership experience and manufacturer/ASE certifications.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, engine performance, drivability, and mechanical repairs.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to service technicians to support quality repairs and efficient shop operations.
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Assist fellow technicians with troubleshooting difficult repairs and identifying solutions.
• Support shop productivity by helping prioritize repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to ensure and completion of repairs.
