Service Team Coordinator - Telehealth Call Center (Remote)

Essential Job Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for patient scheduling and inquiries.
- Respond to patient questions following ChenMed’s care model.
- Follow up to ensure patient satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.
- Make timely decisions based on department standards and policies.
- Document interactions accurately using web-based tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to promote loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver VIP customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of experience in a call center or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Experience with web-based CRM systems is a plus.
