Job summary

All Blue Infotech is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to perform web application support, L2 analysis, and defect fixes in an ecommerce environment. The role involves log analysis, dashboards, monitoring, and incident management to ensure reliable system performance.

Candidates should have a CS/IT degree and 1.6+ years in an operations support role, with experience in DB2, Postgres, MySQL, Linux, shell or Perl scripts, and basic Docker.

Qualifications

• College or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 1.6+ years experience in an operations support role in eCommerce/retail with knowledge of PO and invoices.
• Strong proficiency in DB2, Postgres, MySQL and Linux/Unix command line.
• Proficiency in basic/intermediate Shell Scripts and Perl Scripts.
• Hands-on experience in SFTP and basic knowledge in Docker.

• Execute hands-on Log Analysis, Dashboards, SOAP UI, Monitoring & Alerting.
• Utilize application support tools like Kibana, Splunk, Git, Putty, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, Azure, DBeaver, Postman, etc.
• Manage incident management, onboarding, implementation, and application monitoring.
• Review application error logs and maintain security, session management, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless UI, cross-browser compatibility, batch jobs, and message broker operations.

Required Candidate Profile

• College or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or another relevant field is desired.
• 1.6+ years experience in an operations support role in eCommerce/retail organization with knowledge of purchase orders and invoices.
• Strong proficiency in DB2, Postgres, MySQL, and Linux/Unix Command Line.
• Proficiency in basic/intermediate Shell Scripts and Perl Scripts.
• Hands-on experience in SFTP and basic knowledge in Docker.
• Understanding of hospital and/or healthcare systems (Materials Management, AP, GL) (Preferred).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under a flexible schedule based on business needs.
