Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities invites applications for a SERVICE & SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR position in Ohio. The SSA serves as main contact, conducts assessments, develops Individual Service Plans, and advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Serves as main point of contact for individuals and their team members and ensures person-centered planning. Completes assessments, evaluations, and other required documents. Develop, review, and revise Individual Service Plans using the OhioISP template and Individual Budgets. Assists individuals in the acquisition of resources and support. Acts as an advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families; assists them in representing themselves. Monitors the delivery of services and support. Provides support to all eligible individuals with developmental disabilities through the 24-hour crisis line, as assigned within departmental on-call rotation. Maintains caseload as assigned. Makes immediate referrals in order to ensure the health and safety of individuals.
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., 12 months. Weekends, evenings and holidays as required on-call.

Minimum $23.89/hour – Maximum $35.86/hour
