Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Belmont is seeking a Service Supervisor RN who will lead clinical operations, mentor caregivers, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, compliant in‑home care for seniors across our Belmont service area. You will build relationships with clients and families, coordinate plans of care, and maintain accurate documentation.

As our Service Supervisor, you'll be the clinical leader of our agency—building relationships with clients and families, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring services are delivered with excellence, compassion, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized Plans of Care.

• Ensure compliance with North Carolina home care regulations and Home Helpers standards.
• Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate caregivers.

• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
• Communicate regularly with physicians, therapists, hospice agencies, hospitals, and community partners.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and agency performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation within our electronic medical record system.
• Assist with caregiver orientation and ongoing education.
• Support occasional after-hours clinical calls or emergencies as needed.
