Job summary

Broadway Home Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead the Raleigh office's clinical and operational functions. This hands-on leadership role owns how a care team runs—from referral intake to ongoing client and caregiver management—and serves as the clinical/operational backbone of the agency.

You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, admissions, and compliance, working closely with referral coordinators, care teams, and administrative staff to ensure timely, compliant care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• Prior experience in home health or home care with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referral management and intake with the Referral Coordinator to ensure timely onboarding of clients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage authorization processes for services.
• Coordinate client scheduling and ensure caregiver assignments align with needs and authorized hours.
• Conduct RN field visits for admissions and periodic reassessments.
• Lead and support CNA/PCA caregiver team including scheduling oversight and day-to-day guidance.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure staff training and compliance.

RN Clinical Supervisor — Broadway Home Care (Raleigh, NC)

About The Role

Broadway Home Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical and operational functions of our Raleigh office. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced home care environment and wants full ownership over how a care team runs — from the moment a referral comes in through ongoing client and caregiver management. You'll be the clinical and operational backbone of the agency, working closely with our referral coordinator, care team, and administrative staff to ensure every client receives timely, well‑coordinated, compliant care.

What You'll Do

• Oversee referral management and intake, working closely with the Referral Coordinator to ensure timely response and smooth onboarding of new clients
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage the authorization process for client services
• Coordinate and oversee client scheduling, ensuring caregiver assignments align with client needs and authorized hours
• Conduct RN field visits for client admissions and periodic reassessments
• Directly manage and support the CNA/PCA caregiver team, including scheduling oversight, performance, and day‑to‑day support
• Lead orientation and onboarding for all new hires, ensuring staff are properly trained and compliant from day one
• Monitor and maintain employee compliance (certifications, training, required documentation, and regulatory requirements)
• Oversee agency paperwork and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state and payer requirements
• Serve as the on‑site operational lead for the office, managing day‑to‑day workflow across departments
• Participate in the on‑call rotation to support clients and caregivers outside of normal business hours

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
• Prior experience in home health or home care required; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of client authorizations, care plan development, and home care compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across clinical and administrative functions
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of office operations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources
• Reliable transportation for field visits within the Raleigh area
