Job summary

Crown Residential LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and uphold a luxurious, safe living environment for residents. You will lead a team, strategize preventative maintenance, and manage budgets while ensuring move-in readiness and compliance with OSHA and housing standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to coordinate maintenance across apartments, pools, and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification required.
• CFC/EPA, CPO certifications preferred.
• Experience in maintenance supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance team to ensure safety and quality.
• Schedule maintenance for apartments, common areas, and exteriors.
• Respond to service requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA safety and Crown Residential standards.
• Oversee on-call emergency maintenance and overtime approval.
• Maintain and inspect move-in readiness and inventory.
