Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a service-based industry.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience training technicians and coordinating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the service operation.
• Train and develop technicians and conduct meetings.
• Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity.
• Schedule client services and route service technicians.
• Motivate the service team to deliver high-quality service.
• Interact with commercial and residential clients; perform site inspections.
• Review and submit service-related documents and reporting.
