Service Supervisor – Philadelphia, PA

The Service Supervisor will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional service to families and businesses. As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for overall management of the service team, including fleet management, service team sales, and overall customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience with direct and indirect reports in a service-based industry (e.g., package delivery, beverage, uniform, vending services; pest control, lawn care, construction). Other types of management experience may be considered.
• Creative thinker with an emphasis on building teams and long-term, profitable relationships.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
