Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Diesel Technology or closely related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in heavy equipment or power generation service.
• DBS system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure safety procedures, laws, policies, and rules are observed.
• Coordinate department labor and maintain customer relations; develop quality control procedures and repair processes to ensure high-quality service.
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness, and the appropriateness of parts and labor.
• Oversee work order closing process using DBS programs and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Recruitment and selection of service personnel; monitor performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of department tools, equipment, and supplies.
